HDSR Series 2 & 3 Lobe Roots Blowers and Vacuum Pumps
This pump offers a rapid start, low power consumption and maintenance cost. It also has a high pumping speed
and efficiency. Furthermore, it is not sensitive to small amounts of water vapour and dust within the pumped gas. Its vacuum pressure
range is between that of an oil seal mechanical vacuum pump and a diffusion pump. Consequently, it is typically connected between these pumps to increase the suction rate within the middle pressure range. This is also known as a mechanical booster pump.

HG Series Roots Blowers and Vacuum Pumps
ROOTS BLOWER:
Characteristics: HG series blade and shaft integrated high speed and high efficiency roots blower has the
advantages of small, long life, low noise and no need for water cooling with stable operation and so on. Equipment
pressure value of air cooling up to 100kPa and a negative vacuum pressure of 50kPa.

HKB Series Air Suspension Turbo Blowers
Characteristics: The high-speed rotating electrons cause the air suspension bearing to generate air buoyancy by utilising the surrounding air rather than lubricating oil. When the blower is activated, the rotor initially rotates at a high speed exceeding 6000–10000 revolutions per minute. This generates a compressed air film between the rotor and the air foil bearing.
Consequently, the air suspension blower experiences two forms of friction during its start and stop processes. Upon reaching the take-off speed, the air bearing and shaft become contactless and frictionless. The rotor is directly connected to the impeller of the blower to transmit gas with a specific pressure and flow. This results in a high-efficiency and energy-saving, environmentally friendly blower.
It offers numerous advantages including energy savings, a low noise level, reliable performance, ease of operation and maintenance and a semi-permanent service life.

HKG Series High Speed Aerators
Characteristics: Power savings of up to 40% as compared to a traditional roots blower using a high speed high efficiency centrifugal impeller. Low noise and no lubrication are key points on this unit with the compact oil-free design. Utilising an intelligent remote control PLC with real time data monitoring to remotely debug and adjust the equipment operating conditions. The air volume generated by the centrifugal impeller is continuous and stable and there is no pressure decay during long-term conditions. It can be started and stopped frequently with a wide range of working conditions and an adjustable speed range of 5-110%. The special design only takes 30 minutes to disassemble and assemble making it easy to install with no mechanical maintenance for normal operation.

HMGB Series MAGLEV High Speed Centrifugal Blower
Characteristics: A magnetic levitation centrifugal blower employs a direct driving structure of a high rotational-speed permanent magnet motor. This is designed in conjunction with a centrifugal impeller and motor driving mechanism. The motor’s shaft vibration and space gap are monitored by a motion detector. The resulting signal is transmitted to the magnetic levitation bearing control, which then parses, calculates and produces the controlling current. This current is applied to the magnetic bearing winding coil, generating an electromagnetic force that levitates the shaft.
The primary function of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is to drive the rotary motion of the shaft. It produces a frequency-controllable current that is transported into the rotary magnetic field of the motor stator, thereby increasing the shaft’s rotational speed.
The blower’s main function is to increase air pressure. The impeller, which rotates with the shaft, works on the air. Air enters from the inlet collector of the volute and is compressed into a gas with a specific flow rate and pressure under the guidance and pressurisation of the volute. Finally, the air is expelled from the air outlet of the volute, realising a gas delivery process with a defined pressure and flow rate.
